Sonship at Sunrise 

Bright and early men resolve to climb mountains and sit with angels. 

To test the waters and part the seas communing with Jesus in their adventuring. 

Tall and mighty brave and strong they walk confident with no fear at all. 

Climb the mountain reach the top 

the pain, the glory, an offering of love. 

A picturesque view, a window into His heart, take a breath, it's time to part.  

Scale down the mountain, prepare for the hunt. 

Worship sounds like your heart pumping blood. 

Quiet your mind, quiet your step, move with nature and you'll see its treasures yet. 

Leave the trees, come into the clear.

A meadow, a stream you'll see something here. 

There he stands mighty and tall, muscle and beauty, sustenance given for all. 

Draw your weapon and aim true, it's not luck

This is sonship as the sun comes up.
